"The vets here are phenomenal, and always try their best to fit you in for emergencies, and clearly care for animals. However, they are never ever on time. My animal usually isn't seen until over half an hour after the appointment time. It would be helpful to know if they're running behind so I don't need to have my dog in a stressful situation (the vet is scary!) for longer than necessary.That being said, this is a phenomenal veterinary practice that will do their best to accommodate your pet. We've seen Dr. Koan the most, and she is great - really knowledgeable and clear on explaining what's going on, ready to answer any question, and she has a lot of sympathy and grace.We've seen other doctors and vet assistants, and they've all been very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend Dunckel!"
